Cheque bounced for refund of registration money

I had made two bookings of said company Bhiwadi project. The company is making fool of all the investers for this project. After 18 months the Director of said comany had issued two post dated cheques in Jan.2008 for the date of 1st june for refund of our registration money. As expected both cheques got bounced. Now he refused to repay them. Could any one suggest me how could i recover my money. He has so many cases in the court for chq bouncing but he careless about this.
