I am Kusum Sharma w/o Shiv Kumar Sharma resident of KI-97 New Kavi Nagar Ghaziabad has Invested Rs. 300000/= to buy a 300 sq mtr plot in a project called NRI City Bhiwadi (Project own by Green City Buildtech) A-3, Sector-59 Noida in 2006. The Payment was in favour of Green City Biuldtech through A/C payee Cheque.

We promised that the project will be lonched within 2-3 months from the date of application as per one of the clause in the application form ie. the company is laible to refund money in case it is not in a position to make offer for the unit within 9 month from the date application any reason along with interest @11% pa.

Now we come to know that the MD of the green city Buildtech has arrested, all of his offices are closed no one is available to give us the latest from the builders side. What will happen to my hard earned money.

Kildly help me please.
