My dad has an alto car which we have parked in our society. we paid 20000 rs as the amount to reserve are parking lot and we pay proper maintenance and all the bills of the society without any delay and without and complaints. but just two days back someone just broke the rear view mirror of our car which would cost around 1500 to 2000. there are watchmen's appointed throughout the society and i think it shouldn't have happened but it did. now my question is what should i do to make the society pay for the damages that we have suffered? kindly reply. thank you
