No goods supplied after payment

I have placed an order with this company and paid by western union. they have informed me they have received my money and will dispatch the goods within 4-10 working days. this was over a month ago and i have not received the goods. I have emailed the company, and rang but had no reply. i have been dealing with Suhail. I have since found a web site www.cloudforest.com which details other similar complaints regarding this company. It seems to be a bonefide company, but fails to deliver goods. I question if they had the product that I ordered.
