Non Delivery of Courie

I had sent a courier of Greeting cards to my parents in Delhi on 19th December (C.N. No.-313852488). The staff at Belapur Office assured me that the courier would reach at my residence within 2 days i.e. 21st December. However, when the courier did not reach even till 24th December I personally went to the Professional Courier Office at Belapur (from where I had sent the courier), but I was taken aback by the rude and unprofessional behaviour of the staff there. When I asked about the reason of delay, they said that their responsibility is confined till sending the courier to the Delhi office. From there onwards, it becomes the responsibility of the Delhi office staff to deliver the courier. Though he called up the head office to lodge a complaint, but was not able to give me an answer as to when can I expect a reply to my complaint. When I said that I would lodge a complaint against them, they were least bothered and said that they dont care even if I make the complaint. This is a highly irresponsible team working in Professional courier. Please look into the matter and take appropriate action.
