Rude Behaviou

I had visited the Grewal gas service to get my connection transfered to another area as we had shifted our residence.

The executive at the agency lack manners and willingness to work... they behave as if they are doing a obligation even when they have to make a slightest move to work.

A. First he was making a fuss that the signatures were not matching, as the specimen was almost 13 years old.

Then he told me to purchase a CD from the market to get it loaded with data for transfer.

I was told to take the CD with me personally to the other gas service where it was supposed to get transferd... i understand its a internal and official work and the consumer has no reason to run from pillar to post carrying his doccuments fora simple work like this.
