I m not satisfied with Your product and services

Dear Sir,

Request You to that, I had purchase a new Bike Splender Plus in the month of september-09 from your Company on the name of Gaurav Mehta. I m not satisfied with your product. This can be create a problem, when I drive on the road engine is not well working create noise on the road and average wise is too poor, wheels are not comfortable for drive this can be buffle to much on the road when, I drive. I m not safe, when I drive your product, this can be injurd me on the road. Many times I complaint in ur company service provider, but they dont care for this, they change the alloywheel one time but there is no changes in the bike. If ur company do not provide the service, I will complaint in consumer court. Your service provider manager Mr. Rajan at Stan Auto committe many time but not fulfil there commitments. I am too harrase by there sevices and they will not even recived the calls by my mobile no. I want to change my vehicle, if you can do this, then i will satisfied otherwise, i will file case in the court.

Kindly care for this as soon as possible.
