Charging excess rates

I purchased grocery from your Phagwara unit vide Bill No. 3050000002192, Counter No. 5, Dated 16-Oct - 17:50:35, Session No & Date:- 1/16-Ct, Cashier No:- 212400000005/CASH5, amounting Rs. 2648/--.
I noticed that rates of many items were different than that of the Printed on the item bags and the rates charged were more as per the bill.
One example is as per S. No. 3, I purchased Tata Premium one pack, at which the rate was printed on the pack Rs. 98/-- inclusive of all taxes, whereas your store charged us Rs.114.00, in such way many other items were also overcharged.
The advertisements from your stores is that you are supplying the items at very concessional rates, but all this seems to be a fraud to loot the customers.
This is my first worst experience about your store for which, I must like to tell other my friends and other near dears about this which may affect your reputations, for which I must feel sorry, as this is not my mission, as I am a busy person having lot of contacts.
For this should I give the matter to my legal advisor to put the case in the consumer court, no doubt this is very minor amount but I think other innocent people should be saved from being looted by such so called mega marts.
Thanks,
B. Sagoo
