Illegal grocery shop running in Mohali

Dear Sir/Mam, Being a responsible citizen, I wanted to inform you that there's an illegal grocery shop running in Hno.3101, Sec-71, Mohali. 1) Some of the products he sell doesn't even contain MRP/ date of expiry stamps. 2) He charge more than MRP some times by saying that its the outdated price. 3) Do sell expired products. 4) Is very very rude while talking to customers.
