This is with reference to my earlier letter dtd 18-3-08 . I onced again remind you that the said polic is still not settled even after period of 3 years. The said policy was in once and premium were accepted by l.i.c till death of the life assured

I hereby with to state that your unexpected and unacceptable. If I do not receive the assured own along with interest with effect from oct for the said policy within 30 days after receipt of this letter in your office I shall have no other option but to start legal proceedings against Lic
