Money send as international trasfer not credited into account

Hi,

i send money as a international transfer from australia into me and my father joint a/c (yashpal grover) in jalandhar (punjab) dated 27/05.it was not credited into a/c till date 17/06/09. Account no. is 30003011868.branch name state bank of india (mandi fenton ganj) jalandhar.swift no. SBININBB440.

i also trying to call coustmer care but no one was answering the phone and i can't find where my money is? please take some action to find and send money into our account.
