Dear ICICI Credit card dep.

This is varun gupta with credit card no as 4076597001500004, on 30 of last month i received a sms that your credit limit has been increased to 38000 and within half an i received another message that your credit limit has been reduced to 12000 what's this, if at all you are going to check my last statements you are not going to find any delay or fraud, i need the explanation on this. You all should increase the limit sighting the customers record or should you decrease what's your opinion.

Even your customer care isnt giving the satisfactory answer to this as he says its a system fault and what can i do, i have spoken to MR. sidhart of customer care from mumbai by calling on 0731402 dont know weather this person has given his right name as how come a person pick up the call if am calling in indore, also he was very discomfertable in giving any king of details even the reference no for the call, trimming for the call was 2 31 pm on 8 oct.

The same complain has been launched in consumer forum also.
