NOT GIVEN FULL & FINAL SETTELMENT

R/ SIR,

I was working with G S Lighting Pvt. Ltd as Manager Personnel & Administration from 15th July to 21st Nov. I had submitted My resignation on 21st Nov to Managing Director via Mail, and he appointed Mr Manish Sarin to take charge from me on dated 10-12, I had given all charge in respect of my designation to Mr. Manish sarin and same inform to Managing Director.

I request to give me my full & final Settlement, but they refuse, i had many times requested to Managing Director same as well as Executive Director, but they refuse my request.

Till date i have nod received my Full & Final Settlement.

Some Details are as below:

Date of Resignation: 21-11.

Date of Charge Given To Mr. Manish Sarin: 10-12.

Request for Final Settlement to Managing Director- Dated:18-12.

Request for Final Settlement to Executive Director - Dated:19-12.

Request for Final Settlement Mr. Manish Sarin Manager HR - Dated:20-12.

Request for Final Settlement to Managing Director - Dated:25-12.

Personal Visit & Request for Final Settlement to Executive Director at Head office -

Request for Final Settlements Managing Director - Dated:27-04.

but till date I had not received my full and final settlement neither any correspondence from company regarding my full & final settlements.

at the time of leaving I clear all my advances & other liabilities from accounts department and copy same with me.

All details rearding request via mail copy with me.
