Issue of airtel bill

Dear,

Iam Saveri and my mobile number is 9810994629.my airtel account number is "102-102413710" and the connection is in the name B.H.RAM.I have been paying my bills for the month of january (Rs 72.05/-) and february (Rs 458/-) and march (Rs 237/-) and it got debited from the bank account of ICICI Bank but airtel customer care claims that they have not received the payment till date.

Details of the cheque numbers are as follows:

For Rs 72.05/(Cheque number 021999 dated 11.01.08)

For Rs 458/-(Cheque number 0233329 dated 12.2.08)

For Rs 237/-(Cheque number 023335 dated 19.3.08)

I have also mailed on this issue a couple of times and also sent my bank statements my mails as well as by fax to airtel customer care. There had been no progress on this issue since then.

I would please request you to reconsicer the case and make my outstanding bill as NIL.

Iam very upset with the airtel customer care.
