I brought a gsm sim on 3 aug 09 from reliance world store at jamnagar for rs46. At the same time i had activated rs42 pack for 400 msgs and rs100 top up. I used 2 msgs frm the pack on same day which were deducted frm 400 pack.then on 06 aug 09 when i forwarded my number to all my contacts frm the same sim, i was charged from my main balance which was totally wrong.when i contacted customer care, people there just refused to accept i had rs42 pack activated on my sim. After lots of conversation and references the supervisor finally accepted the mistake and promised me the correction within 2 days. after 2 days when i checked back i was given remaining of the msgs but my money deducted from the main balance are not reimbursed into my account. which is supposed to be done, as this was company's mistake and not my. when i contacted customer care again, they just kept tossing me around passing to supervisor n then to manager n wasted more than a hour and still did not connect me to the manager.
I am clearly telling u, that since i had activated the pack i should be charged from it and the money deducted be reimbursed into my account or we meet in consumer court.
