Closed incoming, outgoing & not received recharged amount in my mobile

Dear Sir,

I have purchased SIM No.-8991071440000632038, Mobile No.-9017784155 with life time validity from saini communication, opposite karnal bus stand, karnal, Haryana reliance. My SIM/No. has been blocked from 04.07.2009. I have contact much time with customer care and some times replies some different opinion. After all customer care representative our claim noted and given complain no.-103111969 and said that your no. will be start within 48 hrs but till time our no. is blocked/ no outgoing or incoming massage and call.

I have recharged this no.- Rs.75.00 at 19.35 on 05.07.09 from 9355203730, Rs. 30.00 at 21.35 on 05.07.09 from 9355237554 and Rs.10.00 at 11.30 on 06.07.09 from reliance web world, kunjpura road, karnal, Haryana but no any amount received in my mobile no.

Pl. I request you that provide incoming/outgoing and send above amount in my mobile no.
