Gsm prepaid connection
Activation of sim card

I have taken new reliance gsm connection before 25 days. It got deactivated after 15 days due to not submission of documents. Although I have submitted my documents twice, once in your authorised show room situated in K.R. Puram, bangalore also but still my sim is not getting activated and when i call to customer care they say that it will be done but after that the problem persist as it is. I am not able to receive many important calls due to which i am suffering a lot and i dont know who is responsible for my loss...
