Service problem/sim reject

Dear Reliance CCare,

I am Shaban i had joind the reliance family since last six month & i have loss my first no. 9015952814

this no. is showing that your sim has been rejected, then after 15days i purchase new no. of reliance gsm no. is 9555544933 its run only 6 or 7 days after its not showing any service of call about 15 days, i have logged my complain in reliance ccare my case id is this.102509518

I am worried to reliance service, plz do need full.
