Wrong deduction towards subscription to CRBT Service

Respected Sir

I am the prepaid customer of Reliance smart GSM with mobile no 9835933862.Today I have received Sms contents of which are noted below

"Your subcription to CRBT service has beenrenewed at Rs. 30.00 for aperiod of 30 days. To unsubcribeSMS UNSUB 1003 to 121 (Toll Free). from 51234 date 10/09 01:57pm."

It is added here for kind information that I had never asked for providing such service. On checking the balance on mobile an amount of Rs.30.00 was found deducted from Balance. This is clearcut cheating by such reputed company. When I tried to get information from customer care i didn't get appropriate response. The service provider co. should refund the amount deducted from my balance amount. Besides this appropriate action should be taken against defaulters.
