Reliance GSM sim NOT working Properly

Hi There,

Very first am very much frustated because of your worst services. Your organization will automatically load some garbage items like caller tunes and ROB 30/- or 10/- as per the caller tune rules.

I have even called customer care center but i got very very poor responses. Even the caller tunes will be activated within short period after deactivating. I don't know what the hell your organization is doing.

Am in roaming right now but the connection is not establishing properly. Its always busy and i am unable communicate with my near ones.

Also A BIG problem is your customer care must be revised. we have to wait at least 15 - 18 mins to speak to ur CC executive. No other service providers have such an bad services in this world i guess.

I belive showing good ad is important, more than that maintain quality in your service to attract customers.
