Incoming and outgoing facilities suspended

Dear Sir,

I have a Mobile No.09835241509 of Reliance (Smart) GSM Service, from last 6 years approx. It has been recharged with a Rs.750/-(Life Time Scheme) and got the facility of 6 month validity period. After 6 months I had to recharge with any Top-Up Vouchers. The last date of validity period was 02.12. and I have recharged with the Top-Up voucher of Rs.333/- on 30.11.2008. The above all things was going on very well up to 02.112.2008. The validity period was not extended for next 6 months. And from 03.12.2008 my incoming and outcoming facilities have been suspended.

I complained several times to the Customer Care. I complained on 03.12. 04.12.2008 & 06.12.2008 respectively for starting my incoming and outgoing facilities.

So, herewith I am requesting you to kindly give your kind attention in this regard and take necessary action.
