GSM Wireless Spy Phone Device
Faulty Device

Against my order No. 111991761 (Sub-order : 2628447), I recieved a GSM Wireless Spy Phone Device. The payment of Rs. 2146/- which include Rs. 150/- as shipping charge was made through my credit card.

The paper board in the parcel simply contained a GSM phone device, and charger and there were no catalouge/user manual. After charging the devise and inserting a valid GSM sim card, I tried to use the same as a spy phone device, but found it absolutely faulty!!

This is the second time the Indiatimes shopping is despatching faulty items to me. In an earlier occasion a faulty spy pen camera was supplied and in spite of repeated requests and emails, they advised me to send it back. After few days, the same set was sent back telling it has been tested at their end and found OK. Alas, the spy pen cam is lying as a useless piece in cold storage!!

The above 2 items are readily available in Palika Bazar, New Delhi where shop keepers demonstrate the items to customers before they sell them. Also, cost of these items are 30 to 40% less compared to indiatimes shopping prices!!!

It is high time that the Indiatimes shopping look into the quality control aspect other wise the customers will be constrained to approach consumer courts for redressal of their complaints.
