Not getting gift money

I have given a complaint earlier about the followup done to get the deposit done in their name stating that I am going to get gift money. Now after depositing nearly Rs.45000/- still they want me to deposit another Rs.5497/- to release the gift amount?? why can't they deduct the same from the gift amount or send the gift cheque once I get the gift money I can deposit the balance... still they are trying to cheat me.
