Old School Vans plying freely with LPG

Many vans including van no. DBC 3018 is lifting school children using LPG. The van are over loaded and full of smeel of LPG. We have informed the Receiptionist of Junior school of Guru Teg Bahadur 3rd Cent. PUblic School, as well as the Van Owner on personal level, but nobody is taking care of it. We do not understand who is responsible for any mishapping with the school kids.

The behavior of Van drivers of Junior School is also very cruel towards the kids as well as with parents. A strong step to be taken to save these kids.
