Speed Post Non delivery and parcel stolen

Dear sir,

A speed post with tracking number EM5501788491 sent from dapoli post office, Ratnagiri Dist on 15-04-09 to baroda -390007 has not reached till today.

Repeated requests at Dapoli post office yielded no result at all.

Heard from the receipient that Parcel opened upp during transit and the contents

missing.(Mobile phone)

Dapoli post office officer gave me a phone number to contact and find out. The number turned out to be wrong number?

Delay tactics is going on. How can i get back my parcel or the parcel with contents?
