Worst service

Some mallus are working in this resort in service department leading the unmanned standard in the resort. They are 5 I think. They are unprofessional or unmanned. Being a guest, I have seen – captains & managers are shouting to their junior’s without reason & staff were crying, that is visible & in front of the guests. After asking the staff I knew that. Because of so I’m not getting the nice staff when I visit time to time. But they are still there. So horrible, they all are mallus! They don’t have smile in their face, don’t know how to talk & what they are talking? Very difficult to understand. Management should throw them out. Otherwise service goes bad to worst.
