Horrible Service and Snooty Behaviou

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that since 1st Aug'08 our organization has changed the previous 5000 plan to 9000 UL plan. However, after the new plan has been activated, the internet connectivity became horribly slow with repetitive disconnection problem. It gets disconnected on every 10-15 minutes. The yellow light of the modem which is supposed to be on… keeps on blinking (which is the indication of connectivity break). Even after repetitive complaints with the 1500 complaint number, no action is being taken. Just recently, the internet maintenance section of BSNL identified a fault with our local physical connection and advised us to call the local Telephone exchange (i.e IRC Village, Bhubaneswar). However, to our utter dismay, the local telephone exchange in not listening to our call and even bluntly refusing to do the necessary repair job.

This kind of unprofessional approach from a respectable government like BSNL is really uncharacteristic and puts it in a bad light. The arrogant behavior on part of the IRC Telephone Exchange staff is only aggravating our agony.

Therefore, I request you to take some strict action against all those local staff members who are infamously showing snooty behavior and help us out.
