sir i recived a sms from TM GUINNESS that my personal cell phone number has won a prize of 700, 000.00 pounds for 2009 splash promotion organised by guinness organisation, they told us to contact our fiduciary claim agent in England via email for claim of our prize, his name marking henry his email address markinghenry_45@live.com .i have send them their my detail, now i recived a message from dimond security company that i should pay some fee to get my cheque of award. I want to get information that should pay the fee or not. Is that person a frod or not. please reply soon
