I have received an sms stating that I have won the guinness international mobile draw 2009. They said that the amount of 200, 000 GBP was deposited in Barclays bank Plc in a temporary account. Now they are asking 350 GBP to pay for FRO order to financial service authority. Whether I have really won or not? Shall I pay the Amount?
