Claiming for my prize

Sir,

i have won 2, 50000 pounds in guinness intl mobile draws 2010.They had sent message on my mobile. A man name john haries call me and ask for 30000 rupees to deposit on their account on the name of fanish kumar shukla on account no 629601510989.He told me that as soon as i will deposit on their account, he will instantly deposit my winning amount on my account. But they cheated me. When i call them they ask for U.K tax. I told them to cut the tax from my winning amount and deposit rest on my account but they said that it is impossible. They said that R.B.I had gone to tax department office and they told me to pay the uk tax. I had told R.B.I to cut the tax from my winning amount, but they said it is impossible. But i know when anybody won any prize tax should be deducted from that winning amount. But they are denying. I thought they cheated me. So please enquire of it.

i cannot pay.so i requested you to tell them to give my winning amount or else to return my 30000 rupees that i have deposited in their mention account.
