Bus not came & Refund detail in such condition not on Site

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked a Bus ticket on 09.11.2011 from AHMEDABAD to MORBI,

As per time of bus 06:30 hrs on 10.11. i reached bus stand on time 06:00 Hrs.

I went to the enquiry office regarding bus enquiry & They told me, Bus was not came to station from last night (09.11.2011).

Then i asked for refund. They told me, it is not in there hand.

I checked the refund procedure on such cases on site "http://www.gsrtc.in/GSRTCOnline/validateUser.do11", but nowhere found.

Request you to help in this case for getting refund of my money.
