Delay in refilling

Dear Sir,

I am an individual having Domestic connection with Gulab Gas Agency, Gandhi Path, Jaipur & my Consumer No. is 41111.

I am not getting cylinder after expiry of -30- days. It takes 38 to 50 days. Lastly cylinder was delivered on 30.12.2010 & even after a lapse of -38- days, the agency is not delivered cylinder & told that it will be supplied in next 4-5 days, Sir, you will observe that the agency is working against the guidelines & request for your immediate intervention.
