Subject: Enquiry of unauthorized construction of some portion of house, plot # 16, Khedekar

Layout, Bhagavati Nagar, Behind Sangameshwar Hospital, MSK Mill Road, Gulbarga.

Respected Sir,

Mr. Ahamed who is brother of Nissar Ahamed retired engineer staying opposite to this said property behaves like a Gunda, who is the owner of the property: plot number 16, Khedekar Layout, Bhagavati Nagar, Behind Sangameshwar Hospital, MSK Mill Road Gulbarga, Karnataka, has constructed the house on the said plot, taking construction permission from the corporation. But he has violated the norms of the plan issued by the concerned authority and disturbing the neighboring plot owners by erecting the sajjas and compound walls. Whenever neighbour objects about this illegal construction the property owner's brother Nissar Ahmed shouts at them saying " Kya karega tu... jaa Jo Karna hai karr.." (do whatever you want I will construct like this only)... being a retired guy behaves like a gunda in the colony. Sir kindly help us to stop his gunda activities by taking legal action against his illegal constructed house.

Kindly take the proper action against Mr. Ahamed who is owner of the property: plot number 16, Khedekar Layout, Bhagavati Nagar, Behind Sangameshwar Hospital, MSK Mill Road Gulbarga - 585102, Karnataka.
