 BOOKING REF Y3ACEZ. I flyed with GF from Kuwait to Mumbai. I had a Very bad experience of delay for more then 3 hours for delay from GF due to technical fault. Due to your delay from GF I have missed my next flight. I was assured in by the flight staff of GF that they will arrange the next flight for me. As it is due to GF delay. Later when I reached to Mumbai The ground staff refused for any help. I have to bear the loss due to your flight. Professionally and Personally I felt very bad, That being such a big group you are so unprofessional for a small amont of 3200 Rs (80$). Skywards No: 254021202.
