i have received the mail from Gulf Oil & Gas Companies Internatinal Lottery on 17th Nov, 07 as a subject of YOUR EMAIL WAS AWARDED THE WINNER IN THE GULF OIL AND GAS COMPANIES LOTTERY PROGRAMME. i'hv also got a mail from SKY INTERNATIONAL COURIER LTD that i have to pay delivery service charge for getting the winning sum from that courier service. sir, i want to know that this is true or fake. if it is true then why r u taking delivery charge, let it send to the winners premises and spread your promotinal activities throughout the world. but if it is really fake then the governments must take legal action againts your companies because prrsons who r getting such mail facing more tention about this.

so, i solemnly request u that plz send me mail regarding its truth or fake fact.
