Terrible Services & Fraud

I have taken there service for moving the household from Rammurthy Nagar to Electronic city, had a terrible experience. While giving the quotes there so called owner/manager (Satish) sounded very polite & gave the lowest quotes, but later I came to know it was just to trap customer.

On movement day local guys came late morning without any packing material, and started dismentaling the hosuehold stuff in hurry, when I asked to pack it they told to have extra charges for packing material. Some how we sorted that paying them extra bucks as per there demand. Finally they packed only ahlf of my item and other they just gather at one place for dumping in vehicle.

To my surprise they brought small tempo for transportation. which couldn`t accomodate even half my stuff. Once that get full they startying debating with me for extra money for getting one more tranport vehicle. Since my furniture is already lying outside my house for loading, I didnt have any other choice but to agree with them and waited 2 hrs for next vehicle.

At last night 2 a.m they unloaded the stuff in new permises. and asked double the price as compared to the quotes intially given. We had a long heated debate..but considering we were new to the society in new location and dont want all people to wake up at midnight a create a scene. I get hold off my anger a paid those beggar what ever they wanted.

We did unpacking ourself and got to know half of my crockery is broken.
