Damaged Consignment recieved

Hi,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that i had recieved courier which

was in damaged condition.

Consignemtn No. F40198138

Date of Despatch : 1/08

Cost of Courier: Rs.155.00

It was very cleraly mentioned on the cover that it is glass photo frame need

to be handled carefully still this is what i got.. broken glass frame..i

need you to pay back the money to Rs.300/- which is the cost of the

material.

Recieved today in broken condition.

Kindly do the needful ASAP. the mail sent to customer care of First flight bounced back to me..strange nor they attend the call nor they see the mail..

Never send any items through FIRST FLIGHT COURIERS... they are very bad...
