Demanding extra money by delivery man

I am consumer of guru gas agency. my consumer no. is 24560. I received the delivery of my booked domestic gas cylinder on 14.01.2012 at 9.15a.m. I paid him Rs. 400/=. But he was demanding Rs. 410/=, otherwise he will not deliver and take back the same. With no option in my hand I have paid the demanded money to the same. Actual amount of the bill is Rs. 393/=. Not only this, his language was very poor and using vulgar words. Like me, I don`t no how money more persons are suffering from this type of delivery man.
