School Askin For 5500 To Give 12th Marksheet

Dear,
I m puttin up this complaint for my school which is asking for 5500/- just to give our marksheet..Students from my school are paying unnecessarily just to get thir marksheet..School says that teachers fees have hiked so you students will cover our school expense by paying for your marksheet isnt it ridiculous.. I mean why shoul we pay, as Cbse is a govt authority and private schools have no rights to voilate the rules of a govt organisation..Cbse issues students marksheets without money..So i urge the authorities to take some legal action against the Guru Harkishan Public school Vasant vihar and stop this asap..
