Niether acknowledgement nor MOB documents

I Mahalaxmi N.Kollur had applied for the documents relating to Mail Order Business and sent Rs.625 through demand draft. Three weeks over, I have not heard neither acknowledgement or MOB . Is any responsible Officils answer about this?
