Phone is always engaged

It is very difficult to get through the phone lines of this agency (Gurukripa - indane gas agency - J P Nagar 6th phase). We've to try at least 100 times, before we hear a ringing tone. Not joking. Please try these numbers: 080-22449211, 080-22448068. These lines are always engaged. When we complain we get to hear that there are at least 50, 000 customers. But this can't be an excuse. The service needs to improve. I'm completely fed up with the service. Do something. At least an online registration facility.

Somehow I never had a pleasant experience with any of the Gas dealers. My experience has been very painful. They are rough and rude, don't cooperate. Even if they are at fault, they don't accept their mistake. When are we going to get a better service?
