The staff booking my gas for somebody else and not giving me my gas cylinde

COMPLAINT AGAIST THE AGENCY that is agaist GURUKRUPA GAS AGENCY, CODE-112303, 5, GAJANAN apt., thangewadi, kalyan west.dist. THANE (MS).

when i call to book my monthly gas cylinder, they say it has already been booked and received by me .so they dont do the booking and ask me to calln another person they give me the name and number too.then that person brings and gives me the gas when he feels free.we dont know who is this person and how the staff allows him to book the gas in our name.if the name and no of this person is needed i will provide.iam not receiving the gas which iam supposed too i have a small baby at home so please help.and immediately tale neccessary action.
