Delivery of goods

The Guru Nanak Packers and Movers (A branch of Vikash logistics, Bowenpally) is not reliable. They said their service is 'door pickup to door delivery", and took the full amount (transportation and packing charges) at the time of goods pickup. They told they will deliver the goods in proper time, even they have given a particular date to deliver the goods. But not even a single thing was true.

1) Delivery was delayed for 5 days.

2) When we called them they did not lift the telephone.

3) They were not ready to deliver the goods at home. We have taken our goods ourself from main road to 4th floor.

4) Goods were damaged worth Rs 35000.00
