Late delivery of gas cylinde

Sir,

I am using indane gas for 15 years through Sriguruvayurappan gas agencies. Their services was prompt till middle of last year ie.2008. Now they are not picking up the phone for the whole year when we attend to book the gas. We should go to the gas agency in person to book the gas in beween our busy schedule. Then we should again go there to ask for the gas. Finally i.e after 25 days they will supply the cylinder. We are not receiving gas cylinder in proper time. We are suffering a lot with this kind of delay and irresponse activities. We hope you can take necessary steps to minimise these kinds of delay and activate their communication systems.
