Land robbery

Mr Gomti Yadav now a politician of MLA rank from BJP was in 1989 an ordinary person selling lands for housing in Chinhat area under Gyan Vihar Samiti at Lucknow. He sold to me a piece of land of 2250 Sq ft at a total cost of Rs 25000=00 in 1990 as plot no 31 in this residential land scheme.

Now when I went to check my land as I was doing for so many years I saw somebody else has drawn boundry. When I objected he told that it is his land. When I contacted Mr Gomti he told that now he is a big person and he doesnot care about such things and cut the phone and never met me.

I have lost all my money and the land without my fault. I have been transferred to HAL Kanpur from Lucknow and now it is very difficult for me to handle this situation.

What should I do Pl suggest
