Not connecting properly

My user portal id is vali549@bsnl.in Whenever i try to login into my account and it unable to connect, later it may connect or not and have to wait and see the luck,

this problem occuring since three months, i registered complaint at bsnl office and their response not yet good

please take needful action ASAP
