Old Mother board change in new Hand set many times in service centre

Dear Sir/Madam,

Mr. Vikas owner of the service center at tilak nagar call me on my cell on 25/8/9 & threat & abuse me because I send an Email my problem to virgin care center, but after few minutes a person from service center call me & told u can change your mother board of your mobile @ service center, on the same day I submitted the cell to service center, he gave me the job sheet no. 0825020 dated 25/8/9. On 29/8/9 I recd a call from service center, person told me to pick the phone, on the same day 29/8/9 saturday I picked my cell from service center, but on the next day (sunday 30/8/9) set got dead.

I went to service centre many times in 3 months but in this time they have not recd my cell after 6.30 pm. I have already taken many time half day from my office & go to the service centre, who will pay me for my half day duty & conveyence.

I have no much time to go service center again & again, 3 mother board has changed from service center in one month but not any success, it may be possible that every time old motherboard was changed in set.

Close the service centre of Tilak Nagar if u can't provide better service to customer

I m not satisfy with haeir company.

This is the first time I have purchase a mobile of Haeir company & it was my great mistake.
