Making fool of customers and very poor service

Hi,

varun vij here . i had taken post paid connection 3 months back by number 9953040050 . and they had promised me to provide wrist watch and other services like free bill details, though i lodged complaint many times on customer care executives no action has been taken, they always apologize but no action taken . i didnt got any bill details and not getting any welcome kit from them . and they are charging extra bill and not giving details . they only calls to remind me to pay the bill as soon as possible . this is really pathetic . i disconnected 3 airtel connections hoping to get better services but its getting more worse . no bill details, no welcome pack, just fake promises . think before trusting this connection
