Poor Product and Poor sevice

I purchased two window ACs of this company in last season. It worked well in first season but the second season they were worst than a simple fan. One of the AC had leakage of gas twice and AC is lying more in service center than at my residence. Worker told me that AC will be given this evening every day and it is 6th day now. Similarly it happened 20 days earlier. We have not enjoyed any cooling this season but harrased. Other AC is having poor cooling and some unpleasent noise coming from it all the time. I will warn every body to abstain from purchasing AC of this company..
