Pathetic complaint

I had bought an ac (MODEL HW-18AX) in june last year from amritsar, india but after one and a half months it stopped cooling (thanks to leakage of coolant).the complaint was heard after much hardwork and was finally fixed in a few days.

now 8 months later same problem has started but no body to answer the calls .the complaint centre works as if by listening to ur complaints they are doing some great favour to u but were good enough to provide the number of incharge.the incharge was requested to see the ac and was assured that it will be seen same day but after 2 days no visits and no calls from the service centre.the coplaint centre is busy for hours and the incharge was also not assecible.

kindly arrange for somebody to have a look at the ac.
